Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Automateeq. They set out the rules for using our service and form a binding agreement between you and Automateeq.

01.Acceptance of Terms

  • By creating an account or using automateeq.com you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
  • If you are using Automateeq on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
  • We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on the site. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

02.Your Account

  • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must provide accurate information when creating your account and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service.
  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts. Circumventing credit or project limits is a violation of these terms.

03.Permitted Use

  • You may use Automateeq to generate, view, and export mobile app screen designs for personal or commercial projects.
  • Designs you generate are yours. We claim no ownership over the output of the AI model when prompted by you.
  • You may not use the service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes third-party intellectual property.
  • You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the AI model or API in ways not intended by the service.

04.Credits and Billing

  • Free plan users receive a monthly credit allowance. Paid plan credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over unless stated.
  • Payments are processed by Polar. By subscribing you agree to Polar's terms and authorise recurring charges to your payment method.
  • All fees are in USD and exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • If a charge fails your account will be downgraded to the free plan at the end of your current billing period.

05.Refund Policy

  • We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription. Contact hello@automateeq.com within 30 days of your first charge to request a refund.
  • Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
  • Credits consumed before cancellation are not refundable.

06.Intellectual Property

  • The Automateeq platform, including its code, UI, trademarks, and documentation, is owned by Automateeq and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
  • You retain all rights to content you supply as input (e.g. reference images, text prompts).
  • Generated screen designs are owned by you and may be used for any lawful purpose, including commercial products.

07.Termination

  • You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, engage in fraud, or cause harm to other users or the service.
  • Upon termination your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

08.Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Automateeq is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated designs will be free of inaccuracies.
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy, quality, or legality of content generated by the AI model.

09.Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, Automateeq's total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
  • Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
